The Rotary Fellowship for Empowering Women USA Chapter is a dynamic community of women leaders, professionals, and changemakers committed to service, leadership, and global impact. Aligned with Rotary International’s mission, the fellowship empowers women to lead transformative initiatives, advocate for equality, and support one another through mentorship, skill-building, and collaboration. We focus on four core pillars: Economic Empowerment, Health & Wellness, Education & Leadership Development, and Community Transformation. Membership is by invitation and offers women opportunities to grow personally and professionally, participate in global service projects, and be recognized through our signature Women of Impact Awards. Together, we uplift each other to create a more inclusive and empowered world.
